Our pizzas are 11in or 28cm in size.

How long are we on site?

Generally we arrive around 2hrs prior to start of service, to allow time for equipment set up and our pizza ovens the required heat up time. Timing may vary depending on the package chosen for your event, and the setup location. We quietly pack down within 45-60mins of service completion.

Do you have a minimum number of guests?

We are happy to provide a personalised experience no matter the event size, however depending on day/time, there may be a minimum spend required.

What are the dimensions of the food truck / mobile setup?

Our mobile pizza truck is 3.2m long x 1.36m wide x 1.96m high, small enough to get into tight venue spaces or backyards. Once the doors are opened and prep/service tables are setup, this increases to 4.4m long x 3.5m wide x 2.1m high. Our mobile marquee setup typically requires a minimum 3x3m of space and 2.5m high clearance above. With a sheltered location or alfresco, no marquee is required, and we can adjust our setup to suit most spaces.
